Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment
We strive to make your booking experience smooth and hassle-free while delivering top-quality service. To help us provide the best cleaning, please read through the following guidelines:
- Arrival Time: Our teams work between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.. Occasionally, we may need to stay past 6 p.m. to complete a job. We will always aim to meet your preferred arrival window.
- Before Your Cleaning: Please help us focus on the cleaning by putting away personal belongings and decluttering surfaces. If the home is excessively dirty or in poor condition, additional charges may apply for initial or move-in/out cleanings.
- Safety: For safety and insurance reasons, our team will not move or lift heavy furniture, nor will they stand on furniture or ladders to reach high areas. We’ll do our best to clean all reachable areas safely.
- Security Alarms: Ensure your security system is off or disarmed on the day of service. We will not be responsible for any alarms that go off if the system is not deactivated.
- Children: For your children's safety, please do not leave them unattended during the cleaning. Elios Cleaning reserves the right to cancel cleaning appointments if your children are unattended.
- Pet: We recommend securing pets before our crew arrives. We cannot take responsibility for any incidents involving pets.
- Accidents & Damage: We ask that you secure valuables, antiques, and delicate items before our arrival. We are not responsible for damages to items left unsecured, such as improperly installed fixtures, worn carpeting, or deteriorating items. If there are any fragile items (like blinds) that require special care, please notify us in advance.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel with less notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Parking: Please provide clear parking instructions or passes. If no instructions are given and there’s no available parking, we may charge for parking, or you’ll be responsible for any towing fees if our vehicle is towed.
